Islamic cultural programme

In an attempt to increase their involvement in cultural activities, students from various madrasas from Gopalganj partook in a cultural programme comprising of Islamic songs, poetry recitation and a group drama. It was held recently at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA). State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid attended as the chief guest while the Director General of BSA, Liaquat Ali Lucky, delivered the welcome address.
