After the success of Bangladesh Heritage Crafts Foundation’s first event, which was held in May 2018, Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden hosted the second exhibition of the foundation recently.

Traditional crafts of Bangladesh were displayed at the event. Popular Bangladeshi food items and Jamdani, Rajshahi Silk and Muslin sarees among other things were showcased under one roof. There were also brief programmes that highlighted Bangladeshi crafts and culture.

The chief guests for the first day were Political Advisor to the Prime Minister, Hossain Toufique Imam and Honourable Minister, Ministry of Industries, Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, MP. The chief guests for the second day were Ambassador of Thailand. Arunrung Phothong Humphreys. The honorary guest was the President of BGMEA, Rubana Huq.
