Mushfiq R Farhan
We got hold of everyone's favourite RJ turned actor! Mushfiq R. Farhan is all set to be a part of history as he stars as a villain in 'Jiboner Gun' from 'Iti, Tomar Dhaka', an anthology film consisting of a collaboration of 11 directors. Besides being a part of Bangladesh's first vertical music video, 'Shur', he will also be seen in Eid tele-fiction, 'Niyoti'. Things look good for this charming all-rounder, as he speaks to The Daily Star for a rapid-fire interview.
Favourite food on Eid day?
It has to be Shemai, but only the one that my mom cooks.
Brazil or Argentina?
Definitely Brazil. I just feel like their style of playing gets my blood flowing.
A Radio Jockey who inspires you?
That would have to be RJ Neer from Radio Mirchi. His passion towards the craft is unbelievable, and he still sticks to his roots even though he is now a huge celebrity in India.
'Punjabi' or formal?
I'm more comfortable in formal attires. I tend to lose things from the pockets of my Punjabi as well! (laughs)
If you were to choose between being an actor or a radio jockey, which would you pick?
This is a very tough choice. It would be acting, since it has become an addiction for me. I just want to keep rediscovering myself on-screen.
