RTR Junior on Channel i

“Phirey Chol Matir Taney” (Returning to Roots), a youth leadership initiative of the Channel i programme “Hridoye Mati O Manush” invited fifth-grade students from English Medium Schools to give them first-hand knowledge about agriculture. 

This TV initiative with kids is popularly known as RTR Junior. In the fifth season of RTR Junior, media personality Shykh Seraj took 20 students to the field of farmer Milon Matbor situated in Bageshwar village in Munsiganj Sadar, for planting potato seeds on five decimals of land, from early dawn. 

The plantation episode of RTR Junior will be air on December 12 at 9:50pm on Channel i. The programme will be re-telecast on December 13 at 11:30am.
