Dutch-Bangla Bank organises ‘Managers’ Conference-2025’

Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC (DBBL) organised the "Managers' Conference-2025" in Dhaka today to review the bank's overall performance for the year 2024 and discuss the business plan and strategy for achieving targets for the year 2025.

Some 242 branch managers of the bank from across the country attended the conference.

Abul Kashem Md Shirin, managing director and CEO of the bank, presided over the conference as the chief guest, according to a press release.

In his address, Shirin critically analysed the strategies for achieving business targets in 2024.

He congratulated the branch managers and their teams for achieving their respective targets in 2024.

The bank's MD expressed his expectation that the managers who were unable to achieve their targets in 2024 would make all-out efforts to meet the targets set for 2025.

He emphasised increasing the bank's business by leveraging the largest online banking platform—Fast Tracks, CRM, ATM, Rocket, agent banking networks, POS terminals, QR codes, and NexusPay during 2025.

He also directed the branch managers to improve the standard of services for customers.

The deputy managing directors, CXOs, divisional heads, cluster heads, and senior executives of the head office of the bank were also present.
