DSE inches up, CSE down in morning trade
The prime index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) rose slightly in the morning trade today.
The DSEX, the benchmark index of the top bourse in Bangladesh, inched up 3 point, or 0.05 per cent, to 6,209 at 11:20 am.
Turnover stood at Tk 74 crore.
Of the securities, 52 advanced, 29 declined and 149 remained unchanged.
The Caspi, the all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange, lost 6 points, or 0.03 per cent, to 18,343.
Of the issues, 11 rose, 16 retreated, and 18 saw no price movement.
Turnover of the port city bourse stood at Tk 1.5 crore at 11:25 am.
