Stocks snap two days’ gains

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), lost 3 points, or 0.05 per cent, to 6,292 at 11:35 am.

Turnover stood at Tk 239 crore.

Of the securities, 53 advanced, 110 declined and 125 remained unchanged.

The Caspi, all-share price index of the Chittagong Stock Exchange, dropped 12 points, or 0.06 per cent, to 18,559.

Of the issues, 17 rose, 35 retreated, and 16 saw no price movement.
