Envoy Textiles’ Q3 profit jumps 106%

Envoy Textiles reported a 106 percent jump in profits in the third quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year.
The company posted a profit of Tk 40.99 crore in the January-March quarter of 2025, according to its unaudited financial statements.
Meanwhile, its revenue rose 22 percent year-on-year to Tk 467.31 crore in the same quarter.
Envoy's earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 2.44, up from Tk 1.18 a year earlier.
However, shares of the company declined 0.23 percent to Tk 43.6 as of 12:40 pm at the Dhaka Stock Exchange.
In the July-March period of the current fiscal year, its EPS was Tk 6.03, compared to Tk 2.62 in the same period a year ago.
The company's net operating cash flow per share increased slightly to Tk 3.27 from Tk 3.05.
As of March 31, 2025, the shareholding structure of Envoy Textiles stood at: sponsors/directors 65.18 percent, institutional investors 26.15 percent, foreign investors 0.06 percent and the general public 8.61 percent, DSE data showed.
Envoy Textiles is a 100 percent export-oriented denim fabric manufacturer and the first in Bangladesh to use rope-dyeing technology.
It is currently one of the country's largest denim producers, according to its website.
