Agrani Bank PLC has recently promoted Md Nurul Huda to the post of deputy managing director (DMD).

Prior to assuming this new role, Huda was serving the bank as a general manager, the bank said in a press release.

He began his professional banking career at Agrani Bank as a senior officer in 1996.

Over the course of his career, he has held several key positions, including roles in the central accounts division, project loans, treasury and risk management department, as well as head of several prominent corporate branches and circles.

Huda obtained both his bachelor's and master's degrees in finance and banking from the University of Dhaka, and later completed an EMBA in marketing at the same university.
