Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) today interrogated three officials of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartipakkha (Rajuk) including its chief town planner over corruption allegations.

The officers are: Sirajul Islam, the chief town planner, Ashraful Alam Akanda, town planner, and AZ Shafiul Hannan, an authorised officer.

There officials were interrogated for declaring the land of Detail Area Plan (DAP) as ordinary land, giving approval to commercial buildings at different residential areas and residential buildings in commercial areas, said Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya, ACC’s public relations officer.

ACC’s Deputy Director Helal Uddin Sharif interrogated them for about two hours starting from 10:00am.
