Jailed for no driving license a day after he walks free

A day after Delwar Hossain walked out of jail, serving a two-month period for not having a driving license, he has been cast into prison again for the same offence.

He was caught driving a bus of United Paribahan in Karwan Bazar today, said Moshiur Rahman, an executive magistrate of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, who was operating a mobile court.

According to the magistrate, Delwar was handed two-month jail previously, caught in Shahbagh, for not having a driving license and he had just walked out yesterday.

This time also, Delwar was handed a two-month jail term.
