Crude bomb blasts in Dhaka

A crude bomb exploded in a bush near rail lines in Moghbazar area in Dhaka this morning.

Locals informed law enforcers hearing the blast at Doctor’s Goli around 11:45 am, Kazi Mainul Hossein, officer-in-charge of Ramna Police Station told The Daily Star.

Police visited the place and found several unexploded crude bombs lying there, the OC added.

“A team of Bomb Disposal Unit has reached the place to look into the matter” Mainul also said.

None was reported injured in the blast.
