Mohakhali road crash: Bus driver held

Police today arrested the driver of a bus in connection with a road accident which claimed the life of a pedestrian near Mohakhali flyover in Dhaka around a month back.
The arrestee was identified as Md Shamim Soiyal, 20, Deputy Commissioner of Detective Branch of police (north) Mashiur Rahman told The Daily Star.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. On information, police conducted a drive in Mohakhali Bus Stand area and arrested Shamim around 8:30am, the official said.

Farha was sent to Kurmitola General Hospital where doctors declared her dead.
The victim’s husband filed a case with Banani Police Station on the same day.
