House help’s body recovered in Dhaka

Police recovered body of a house help in Uttar Badda area of Dhaka this noon.

Deceased Honufa Begum, 55, hailing from Nabinagar upazila of Bahmanbaria, had been working at the apartment of one Yasin Arafat as house help for the last three years, police said.

On information, police recovered the body tangled with a window on the 4th floor of the four-storey building around 12:00pm, Officer-in-Charge of Badda Police Station Kazi Wazed Ali told The Daily Star.

The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy, the OC added.
