Biman flight makes emergency landing at Dhaka airport

A flight of Singapore-bound Biman Bangladesh Airlines made an emergency landing this morning at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

The aircraft took off around 8:45am from the airport and soon made a safe emergency landing, said airport Director Wing Commander Towhid-ul-Ahsan.

The pilot suspects that the plane had hit a bird.

এতে ব্যাংকিং খাতে খেলাপি বেড়ে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কা দেখা দিয়েছে। গত সেপ্টেম্বর শেষে খেলাপি রেকর্ড দুই লাখ ৮৪ হাজার ৯৭৭ কোটি টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে।
