Dengue patient dies in Khulna

A dengue patient died at Khulna Medical College Hospital early today.
He was identified as Abdur Rouf, 35, of Radhanagar village in Bagharpara upazila of Jashore, reports our correspondent from Khulna.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Rauf was admitted to the hospital on Monday evening and died around 4:00am today, said Shailendranath Biswas, a doctor of the hospital.
According to the office of Khulna Civil Surgeon, 15 people have died of dengue in the district since the outbreak of the mosquito-borne disease in the country recently.
