5 secretaries transferred

In a reshuffle in the administration, five top government officials have been transferred and given new postings. 

The Public Administration Ministry issued a notification today in this regard.

As per the notification, Senior Secretary of the Water Resources Ministry Dr Zafar Ahmed Khan has been transferred to Local Government Division (LGD) while LGD Secretary Abdul Malek to Information Ministry.

Acting Information Secretary Md Nasir Uddin Ahmed has been made acting Cultural Affairs Secretary while Managing Director (Additional Secretary) of the Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust Md Nurul Amin has been made acting Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs Secretary.

Prime Minister's Office Director General (Additional Secretary) Kabir Bin Anwar has been sent to Water Resources Ministry as its acting Secretary.
