3 flights diverted from Chattogram airport due to bad weather
Two international and one domestic flight failed to land at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram this afternoon due to inclement weather.
Being failed to land at Chattagram airport, two flights from Kolkata -- one of Regent Airways and another of US Bangla – landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, our correspondent reports quoting Wing Commander Sarwar E Jaman, airport manager at Shah Amanat International Airport.
The domestic flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines from Dhaka landed at Cox’s bazar airport, the airport manager said.
The Regent Airways flight was scheduled to land at Chattogram airport at 2:00pm and US Bangla flight 2:05 pm, he added.
