Good news for civil servants! The government today declared a long nine-day holiday for Eid-ul-Fitr, the largest Muslim religious festival, starting from July.

The holidays will start from July 1 and will continue until July 9. The working day of July 4 has been made a holiday and instead July 16, a Saturday, will be a working day.
