Culture of impunity fueling rise in rape incidents
Various human rights and socio-cultural organisations believe it is a culture of impunity that has lead to a recurrence in violent incidents including sexual harassment and rape in the country.

The alarming numbers have raised questions of safety and well-being of women in the country.
