Police produced them before the court with a seven-day remand prayer for each in connection to the attempted rape case filed with Ghior Police Station.
According to the case statement, the woman returned from Jordan on Friday and reached Manikganj bus stand from Dhaka in the evening.
She boarded on the Swapno Paribahan bus to go to her ancestral home in Ghior upazila of the district where a rape was attempted on her.
Later, they pushed the woman out of the running bus as she was screaming.
Locals informed the police and followed the bus to Daulatpur upazila where police seized the bus and detained the driver and the helper.
