Woman dies of dengue in Khulna

A female dengue patient died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Khulna this morning.
The deceased was identified as Rahima Begum, 60, wife of Baki Billah of Sonabaria village in Kalaroa upazila of Satkhira.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Suffering from dengue fever, Rahima admitted to Gazi Medical College Hospital on Monday afternoon and breathed her last around 8.30am today, our Khulna correspondent reports quoting the hospital’s director Dr Ananda Mohon Shaha.
After the death of Rahima, her husband, who is also a dengue patient, was sent to Dhaka for better treatment, the doctor added.
