Ariana Grande’s ‘Eternal Sunshine Deluxe’ soars to No 1 on Billboard 200

Ariana Grande has stormed back to No 1 on the Billboard 200 with the deluxe reissue of her album, "Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead". The expanded version — featuring six new tracks — skyrocketed from No 71 to the top spot, racking up 137,000 equivalent album units, according to Luminate.

Originally released in March 2024, the 13-track "Eternal Sunshine" debuted at No 1 with over 200,000 units sold in its opening week, powered by chart-topping singles "Yes, And?" and "We Can't Be Friends (Wait for Your Love)".  The album has now spent 55 weeks on the Billboard 200.

This marks the third straight week that "Eternal Sunshine" has held the No 1 position. The new edition includes an extended version of "Intro (End of the World)" and five fresh tracks.

Of the new songs, "Twilight Zone" and "Dandelion" are gaining traction, already landing at No 19 and No 35, respectively, on Spotify's daily Top Songs chart — a strong indication they're poised to break into the Billboard Hot 100 once the singles chart is updated on Monday.

Grande also released several collectible versions of the deluxe album, including digital downloads of the 19-track reissue in multiple formats: standard, instrumental, and a cappella, each with alternate cover art. Vinyl and CD versions of the reissue are also available.

Close behind Grande is Playboi Carti, whose album "Music" sits at No 2 with 91,000 units — a figure heavily driven by streaming.

Lil Durk's latest project, "Deep Thoughts" enters at No 3 with 64,000 units in its debut week. Released exclusively as a digital download, the album notched over 85 million streams.
