Idol brand rankings: Blackpink and BTS lead again in November
The Korean Business Research Institute has released the November brand reputation rankings for idol groups, with Blackpink and BTS emerging as top fan favourites. The rankings were based on data gathered between October 21 and November 21 and factored in consumer engagement, media presence, interaction, and community recognition.
Blackpink secured the number one position this month with an extraordinary 304.10% increase in their brand reputation index, amassing an impressive score of 12,846,175. Their impact was highlighted by prominent keywords like Rosé, "APT.", and Blink, underscoring their ongoing global success.
BTS claimed the second spot with a brand reputation index of 8,728,901, reflecting an impressive 252.25% growth since October. Their sustained prominence across media and fan engagement highlights their iconic standing in the K-pop industry.
IVE ranked third with a brand reputation index of 7,892,369, reflecting a 105.08% increase from the previous month. The group continues to establish itself as a leading force among fourth-generation idols.
Aespa claimed fourth place with a brand reputation index of 7,163,180, marking a 72.55% increase. The group's continued success showcases their strong bond with fans and significant media presence.
Seventeen secured fifth place with a brand reputation index of 6,196,480, reflecting a steady 3.10% growth. Their consistent ascent underscores their position as one of K-pop's leading powerhouses.
Led by Blackpink and BTS, the November rankings highlight these idol groups' vast influence and popularity. The Top 30 also features TWICE, Stray Kids, NewJeans, and NCT, each bringing their distinct style to the dynamic K-pop scene.
