Meghdol releases title track of 'Aluminium Er Dana'
Meghdol released the much-anticipated title track of their album "Aluminium Er Dana" recently. The title song is written and sung by Shibu Kumar Shill and Mejbaur Rahman Sumon jointly.
"Aluminium Er Dana" marks the third album by the band, Meghdol. The album's previous six songs have already impressed audiences, with the track "E Hawa" becoming an instant hit since its debut a year ago.
Shibu Kumar Shill shed light on the song's origins, stating, "The lyrics of the song were penned long ago. Through this song, we seek to embody the essence of our album 'Aluminium Er Dana'."
The phrase "Aluminium er Dana" translates literally as "Wings made of Aluminum". It has been borrowed from the title of a short story written by Bengali novelist Swapnamoy Chakraborty.
Meghdol recently performed in Kolkata for the first time at the Maitri Concert.
