Shishir Ahmed has released the music video of "Achi Kinba Nei" featuring Raef Al Hasan Rafa on vocals, three years after their initial collaboration in the song "Nijeke Harabar Bhoy".

This song was created at a moment when the musicians behind it, were going through a similar emotional phase that the song narrates.

Shishir Ahmed said, "I remember me and Bakhtiar (who wrote the lyrics) were both going through an emotional phase that was reflected in our music and lyrics."

The project initially started two years ago, but two months back they started again from where it was left. Shishir said, "I was going through a nervous breakdown, thinking at one point this won't get done. But it turns out that song is doing great now."

"Achi Kinba Nei '', which is actually a sequel to "Nijeke Harabar Bhoy" (2020), has been receiving immense response since its release on Thursday night. The song crossed over 46 thousand streams in less than 24 hours on YouTube.

According to Shishir, this song had crossed more views (in the first 16 hours) on YouTube than that of "Nijeke Harabar Bhoy" which had been itself very popular at its time of release.

"Achi Kinba Nei" speaks about a state of feeling alienated and overcoming it. According to Bakhtiar Hossain of the band Bay of Bengal, who wrote the lyrics, it's about that time when we feel alone and isolated even though we're among people. We feel we aren't needed anywhere or for anything in this world, but we still need to survive. He also added that while some people can get out of this and some cannot, but everyone must try.

The song has an interesting music video, which was challenging for the team to pull off as they had to travel really far into different locations and shoot in extreme heat. Tapesh Chakraborty and Rony Sharafat were the brains behind the music video. The audience will be able to spot Shafat Ahmed Chowdhury from the band Mechanix in this music video as well.

This song has been mixed by Shishir Ahmed and mastered by Shishir Ahmed and Ekram Wasi and currently available on Shishir Ahmed's Youtube channel.

Earlier in March this year, Shishir Ahmed departed from Aurthohin after a 20-year-journey with the band.
