The Ultimate Rock Fest 2023, which was supposed to kick off at International Convention Center Bashundhara (ICCB) on Friday, has been postponed.

The organisers announced the news on their Facebook page.

"Dear music lovers, despite all hurdles, we made every effort to organise the Ultimate Rock Fest 2023. However, due to our country's political condition, we were forced to cancel our programme. We have postponed the show because the safety of our audience and band members is important. If all goes as planned, we will soon announce a new date for the show. We guarantee that we will refund the ticket money within 7 working days," read their post.

The Ultimate Rock Fest 2023 had a stellar lineup that included Aurthohin, Warfaze, Shironamhin, Ashes, Avoid Rafa, Blue Jeans, Apekkhik, AK Rahul and ASEIS. Earlier on, the International Convention Center Bashundhara (ICCB) suspended all concerts indefinitely. However, the organisers were still able to change their minds, but the BNP rally on July 28 forced them to postpone their concert again.
