Actress Golam Farida Chanda has been working in the showbiz for more than two decades. The incredible artiste has crafted special place into the hearts of TV audiences with her amazing characters. The love for acting was passed down to her 14-year-old daughter, Rodela Tapur, who will be making her silver screen debut with Ashutosh Sujon's government granted film "Deshantor."

Earlier on, Tapur has worked as child artiste in many TV series but this will be the first time, she will be making her debut in movies. The young actress will be seen alongside Yash Rohan in this movie. "Deshantor" is slated to be released in theatres on November 11.

Growing up, Tapur has been greatly influenced by her mother's acting and her father's direction in television. Her father, Satirtha Rahman, has etched his name as a noted TV series director. She received a lot of love and support from her parents when she got the offer from "Deshantor."

The beautiful actress is full of excitement on working with such wonderful cast and director for her maiden project.

"I have worked as a child artiste in many TV series and tele-fictions. However, I can't describe in words how wonderful it feels to work in a government-granted film for my debut project. I have received amazing support and love from everyone including my wonderful director, Ashutosh bhaiya, for this film," said the actress.

The young actress was full of praises for her co-star Yash Rohan, who plays her husband in this film.

"Yash is an incredible actor and an amazing co-artiste. This movie has a wonderful plot, which will surely make you smile and cry at the same time. Yash has poured his heart and soul in this movie," said the actress.

While preparing for the character, Tapur stated that her mother played an integral part for shaping up her career.

"My mother has helped me to penetrate into the skin of the character, and make me see from her perspective. She is my acting institution, as she has taught me everything about acting," said the actress.

When asked whether she see herself pursuing films after completing her studies. The actress responded that she has high hopes on following acting as it is something which has pulled from a young age.

"I want to pursue career in both acting and directing, as it's is something which is close to my heart. Let's see what future has in store for me," added the actress.
