Anonno Mamun's ‘Radio’ releases in 7 theatres today 

On the occasion of the birthday of the ‘Father of the Nation’, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Anonno Mamun's film "Radio", which is based on the historic March 7 speech of Bangabandhu, was released in 7 theaters today.

The halls are, Star Cineplex (Bashundhara City), Blockbuster Cinemas (Jamuna Future Park), Lion Cinemas (Old Dhaka), Ulka (Gazipur), Roots Cineclub (Sirajganj), Madhuban (Bogra) and Silver Screen (Chittagong).

"March 7 is a very important day and the effects that Bangabandhu's speech had on the citizens of the country is monumental." said the director. "The story showcases how his speech affected the people of the country and the sacrifices they made to achieve freedom", Anonno Mamun said earlier. 

The film features Riaz, Zakia Bari Mamo, Lutfur Rahman George, Nader Chowdhury, and Pran Ray, among others, in pivotal roles.
