Bangladeshi SRK fans demand ‘Jawan’ premiere in local theatres
After enjoying "Pathaan" in the comfort of their homes, the Shah Rukh Khan fans in Bangladesh eagerly await the chance to watch the Bollywood star's upcoming film, "Jawan", on the big screens in local cinema halls.
According to media reports, a group of Bangladeshi SRK fans gathered in Bashundhara's Star Cineplex today, demanding the release of the film in Bangladesh.
As per reports, members of the social media group, SRK Universe, were seen holding banners that read, "Bangladesh is waiting for 'Jawan'."
Some banners read, "We want 'Jawan' to be released in Bangladesh."
The SRK fans, advocating the release of "Jawan", shared with the media –to have Bangladesh participate in the global premiere of "Jawan" scheduled for September 7.
Additionally, they highlighted that "Pathaan" reached Bangladesh a month after its initial release. However, with Bangladesh no longer imposing legal limitations on the screening of Indian films, they anticipate that "Jawan" can premiere in Bangladesh on the same date as its worldwide release.
Directed by Atlee Kumar, "Jawan" stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, and Sanjay Dutt, among others.
