Director of ‘Harai Bohudur’ video apologises to BTS fans
In their respective statements, both Tahsan and Shusmita Anis clarified that they were not aware of the original song and the videography, and that the responsibility solely lies with the director, Aga Nahiyan Ahmed, and the video production studio, Flybot.
Today, the director, in a conversation with The Daily Star, apologised to the fans for the mishap.
"With all respect, I apologize on behalf of the team to that certain group of people who got hurt for the video that we made Our only intention was to take inspiration and present our country with a great project," said Nahiyan. "I still don't think we did anything wrong by taking inspiration from such great artist, however the only mistake that we made was that we missed out on giving credits for our inspiration".
He continued, "Even though the promoter's team was informed about giving credits on the description, it was somehow missed. We are truly upset."
As of writing this article, the questionable scenes from the video have been removed, and it has been reuploaded to the artistes' YouTube channel.
