‘Hawa’ receives censor board clearance

Upon revealing the animated poster of "Hawa", it immediately caught the audience's attention. Within just a few days, the trailer for the Mejbaur Rahman Sumon debut directorial was released. The promising trailer created a stir on social media.
The film has received a clearance certificate from Bangladesh Film Censor Board. The multi-starrer project features Chanchal Chowdhury, Sariful Islam Razz, Sumon Anwar, Nazifa Tushi, Shohel Mondol, and Nasir Uddin Khan in pivotal roles.
The plot of the film focuses on the sea life of the fishermen, who struggle during their 10-15 days of long journey on trawler, risking their lives from giant waves or storms. It has hints of containing mythical underwater creatures in it.
The shooting for "Hawa" began in 2019. However, due to the pandemic, the shooting was postponed.
The crew have implied that the film will be released soon.
