I've done my best to portray Panna Kaiser: Bidya Sinha Mim
Over the years, famous actress Bidya Sinha Mim has rooted her place in the entertainment industry through her excellent performances.
Though the actress is currently taking on fewer projects, every single one of her new endeavours seems to be a hit. Be it "Damal", "Poran" or Mim's latest web-series "Mission Huntdown", the actress has managed to gravitate the audience towards her, delivering class acts.
Now, the actress is now all set to appear as the legendary late author and lawmaker Panna Kaiser in her upcoming project "Digonte Phuler Agun".
Under the direction of Wahid Tarek, Mim is currently busy finishing the last lot of shooting for the film.
She shared, "The shoot for 'Digonte Phuler Agun' is nearing its end. Just a few shots are left and hopefully, we will soon wrap up the shoot. I am very excited for this new production."
"I know that this will be another noteworthy work in my career and personally, I am quite happy to act in it," added Mim.
The "Damal" star will share the screen with another noted artiste Mostafa Monwar, who is portraying the legendary writer and journalist, Shahidullah Kaiser.
Speaking about her character in the film, Bidya Sinha Mim shared, "I have given my best to embody Panna Kaiser in this project. I have also been rehearsing the role for quite a while now. From the director to the makeup artist—everyone has helped me in better essaying my role."
"As for how successful I was in becoming Panna Kaiser, it is up to the audiences to decide," stated the actress.
When asked if she is unhappy with anything regarding "Digonte Phuler Agun", Mim answered, "I was very excited about meeting the legendary Panna Kaiser ma'am. She is the wife of a martyred intellectual, a famous writer, and lawmaker. But this wish of mine never came true. Just two days before the meeting, I learned of her demise."
Speaking about her director Wahid Tarek, Mim shared "The director is very meticulous about the film. My co-artistes are also giving their hundred per cent for it"
Apparently, Bidya Sinha Mim had to study and research a lot to embody her role as Panna Kaiser, in the government grant-receiving film.
On the other hand, Mim's upcoming film "Antarjal" directed by Dipankar Dipon is set to hit the theatres next month.
