‘No Raju No Hera Pheri’ trends amidst Akshay Kumar’s out

"Hera Pheri" fans were upset when they heard the news that Akshay Kumar will be replaced by Kartik Aaryan for the popular franchise. The fans have been trending "No Raju No Hera Pheri", all over Twitter. 

One fan wrote, "If Paresh Rawal is the heart then Akshay Kumar is the soul of 'Hera Pheri'. The film will be like a dead body without a soul. Bring back Akshay." 

Another fan wrote, "This is not just a movie, they are not just characters, they are emotions since childhood. Please do not ruin it. No Akshay No Hera Pheri 3."

On the other hand, Akshay Kumar cited 'creative differences' for backing out of "Hera Pheri 3."

Kartik Aaryan to take over Akshay Kumar’s role in ‘Hera Pheri 3’?

During an interview with Hindustan Times, Akshay said, "Hera Phera has been a part of me and I have good memories about it. The film was offered to me and I was told about it. But the screenplay, script, and everything, I was not satisfied, not happy with it. I have to do what people want to see and that is why I backed out, I took a step behind. For me, it's a part of me, my life, my journey, in a huge way." 

In addition, Akshay addressed the #NoRajuNoHeraPheri trend on Twitter and expressed his hurt and sadness about passing on the project. "As hurt as they are, I am also deeply hurt, he declared. It's a very sad thing, yet at the same time. I apologise to them (the fans) that I won't be doing Hera Pheri. Sorry."
