Sanjay Dutt aims for third instalment of 'Munna Bhai' franchise
Marking the 20th anniversary of the iconic film "Munna Bhai MBBS", actor Sanjay Dutt expressed his aspiration to bring the long-awaited third instalment of the beloved franchise to fruition. The aforementioned 2003 release gained immense acclaim for its comedic storyline, initiating a memorable cinematic journey.
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, "Munna Bhai MBBS" portrayed the endearing tale of Munna Bhai, a lovable goon played by Dutt, and his loyal companion Circuit, played by Arshad Warsi. The movie also featured actors Sunil Dutt, Gracy Singh, Boman Irani, Rohini Hattangadi, and Jimmy Sheirgill, leaving an indelible mark on audiences and achieving significant success at the box office.
