Sanjay Dutt appearing in Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’?
SRK'S latest film has been making waves in the media for many reasons, from starring both South and North Indian actors to also having scenes leak prior to release, audiences haven't been able to stop speaking about the Atlee directorial, "Jawan".
Recently, there had been news about Allu Arjun making a cameo in the new film, however the artiste could not go forward with it due to scheduling conflicts. Yet, now the media is abuzz with the news of another megastar joining the film.
Indian portal Peeping Moon has reportedly confirmed that "Munna Bhai M.B.B.S" famed actor Sanjay Dutt will be sharing the screen with Shah Rukh Khan. The source mentioned, "The casting for this brief but vital role has been quite difficult for Atlee, as it required an A-list star who had never appeared on screen alongside Shah Rukh. Allu Arjun was earlier offered this role, but he turned it down due to a scheduling conflict and his commitment to the highly anticipated 'Pushpa: The Rule'. Shortly after Allu's refusal, the makers went to Sanju Baba, and now he has agreed to do this role for SRK".
This won't be the first time that Dutt will be appearing alongside Shah Rukh, he has also made special appearances before in Shah Rukh's films in "Ra One" and "Om Shanti Om". Allegedly Sanjay has not only agreed to make the cameo but is also scheduled to begin shooting in Mumbai. The actor is now busy in Kashmir shooting for the Thalapathi Vijay starrer, "Leo".
"Jawan" will star Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, and Nayanthara in prominent roles.
