Shakib Khan and Puja Chery starrer "Golui" is set to release at New York city's Jamaica multiplex today. This is the first time that one of Shakib Khan's films is seeing a US release. The S A Haque Olike directorial features Puja Chery sharing the screen with the 'king' of Dhallywood.

Bioscope films, the distributors of the project, informed that a total of 28 shows will run in the first phase, from July 15 to 21. The film will also be screened in different states of the United States throughout the month.

Shakib Khan will attend the first show with the director, in the evening.

According to Bioscope Films' CEO Dr Raj Hamid, they are expecting a favourable review. They have completed all the preparations for the release of the film and the grand premiere ceremony. 

"Golui" was released in Bangladesh on Eid ul-Fitr. The government granted film is co-produced by Khorshed Alam Khosru.
