SRK's 'Jawan' trailer to play on Burj Khalifa

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to premiere the trailer of his much awaited movie "Jawan", at Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa on Thursday at 9pm. 

King Khan has invited his fans from all over the world to come and join him in Dubai. He also requested his fans to wear red to showcase their love for "Jawan."

 

Sharing the news on his social media pages, SRK wrote, "It is impossible for me to celebrate 'Jawan' without you. Come to the Burj Khalifa on August 31st at 9 pm to celebrate 'Jawan' with me. And since love is the most wonderful sensation in the world, let us immerse ourselves in the hue of love and wear red."

For the second time, another of SRK's movie trailers will be shown on the famous Burj Khalifa. He was in Dubai earlier this year to promote a clip from his film "Pathaan," which went on to become a box office smash and earned the title of  one of the biggest blockbusters for a Hindi film.

Earlier on, Shah Rukh held an ASK SRK session on X (formerly Twitter), where he answered various "Jawan"-related questions. He described the film in one of his tweets as "a film about women made for men."

He further elaborated in his tweet about why the film centers on women."No tease, the one word that drives the film is 'Women' . It's a film about women made for men! I  hope everyone enjoys the mass and class."

"Jawan" is directed by Atlee and stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and a cameo appearance by Deepika Padukone.

Other important characters in the film include Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover, and Mukesh Chhabra. It is set to be released on September 7 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
