Trailer for Black Adam revealed: Dwayne Johnson looks fierce as DC Comics' ultimate villain
DC has released the trailer for their upcoming Warner Bros film "Black Adam", which stars Dwanye "The Rock" Johnson as the titular DC Comics villain.
The trailer highlights the background of DC anti-hero Black Adam, and the story of how he is released from prison. The movie will also feature the "Justice Society" which comprises of Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Pierce Brosnan as Dr Fate, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, and Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher.
The "Black Adam" trailer also hints at a possible clash between the Justice Society and Black Adam.
Dwayne Johnson's dialogue in the trailer gave us a glimpse at the torment which lead to the creation of DC's "Black Adam"
"I was a slave until I died," said Johnson, "Then I was reborn a god. My son sacrificed his life to save me—now, I kneel before no one."
"Black Adam" is slated to hit the theaters on October 21.
