The trailer of the Mejbaur Rahman Sumon directorial film "Hawa" was unveiled this evening. The film marks the director's silver screen debut.
The trailer was released on "Hawa" team's official Facebook page and Facecard Production's official YouTube channel.
The trailer delivers as promised, showcasing a tale based on the mythical character, mermaids. The cast, Chanchal Chowdhury, Sariful Razz, Shohel Mondol, Nasir Uddin Khan and Sumon Anowar, among others, looks promising as fishermen struggling to meet their ends at the sea.
Meanwhile, Nazifa Tushi's presence manages to keep up the suspense, as they only leave behind a few clues about her character.
Alongside brilliant cinematography, which beautifully captures the dreadful, yet majestic darkness of the night at sea, the trailer manages to leave gaps for the audience to only guess the storyline.
"Hawa" has already been submitted to the censor board for review. The film is set to release theatrically, soon.
