Power supply from Adani plant resumes

Power supply from India's Adani Power Plant, which was disrupted after a part of its transmission line in Chapainawabganj tripped, resumed early today.
The supply resumed around 4:45 am, told Power Development Board (PDB) spokesman Shamim Hasan to The Daily Star this morning.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. The power supply was halted around 2:30pm yesterday due to a problem in the transmission line at Rahanpur in Chapainawabganj resulting into increased power outages in the western part of the country, Hasan said.
