Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has issued a weather forecast for the next 72 hours, predicting mostly dry conditions with partly cloudy sky across the country.

Day and night temperatures are expected to rise slightly during this period.

Afruza Sultana, assistant meteorologist at BMD, said there is no significant chance of rainfall for the remainder of this month, and the likelihood of rain in early next month remains low.

However, temperatures are forecast to continue increasing, she said.

The extended five-day forecast indicates no significant changes in weather conditions, with dry weather and gradual warming expected to persist.
