Injured barking deer rescued in Chattogram
An injured barking deer was rescued from Akbar Shah area of port city Chattogram this morning.
The barking deer was rescued at 9:00am from the locality, our Chattogram correspondent reports quoting Muktadir Hasan, assistant director of Department of Environment in Chattogram.
The deer, most likely ventured into the locality in search of food from the hilly areas of Akbar Shah in the city, he added.
The deer was found in an injured state and was taken to Chattogram Zoo for treatment, the official said.
