MGH Logistics appoints new regional MD
MGH Logistics, a Singapore headquartered conglomerate, has appointed Eom Cheolwon (Chris) as its regional managing director for Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.
Prior to joining MGH, Chris has worked at Ceva Logistics, DB Schenker, and CJ Korea in the fields of developing and managing supply chain services to Korean brands such as Samsung, LG, and Hyundai-Kia.
"Chris brings to MGH first-hand knowledge and expertise in managing global supply chains for over two decades. We are excited to build the future of MGH Indo-Chine, and Korea under his able and tested leadership," said Anis Ahmed, founder and group chief executive officer of MGH, in a statement.
"I have been fascinated by MGH's supply chain extended to global brands like Inditex, C&A, Carrefour, Renault, PSA-Peugeot, and its strong presence in South Asia," said Chris.
The appointment is effective from October 1, 2020, and he will be based out of MGH Indo-Chine, and Korea regional HQ at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
