Registration on for IBA-JU Alumni night

The Institute of Business Administration-Jahangirnagar University (IBA-JU) Alumni Night will be held on December 17 at the Lakeshore Hotel in Gulshan, Dhaka to rejoice the glorious 25 years the institute, according to a press release from the Jahangirnagar Alumni Association of Business Students (JAABS).

In an evening filled with music, laughter and fun followed by a grand dinner, the alumnus will get a chance to get together and rejoice their success, togetherness and reminiscence about old times.

The registration is open now and any alumni from the institute can participate in the grand event along with their spouse only, according to the press release.

The registration process for the event is given below:

Registration Fee: Alumni 2000Tk, Alumni + Spouse 3000Tk by November 30, 2016.

Deposit / electronic transfer fee of cash into bank / deposit through Bkash.  Alumnus need to send their information (name, batch, tel no etc) and send a scanned copy of Deposit slip/ transaction number to info@jaabs.org. They will be confirmed over email about the registration and a confirmation ticket will be given. Please bring the tickets at the venue.

Institute of Business Administration, Jahangirnagar University (IBA-JU) is the pioneer institution that started offering the Business Administration degree at the undergraduate level for the first time in Bangladesh. It started as the Department of Business Administration of Jahangirnagar University in 1991, according to the press release.

After twenty successful years of offering high-quality business education and providing a significant number of efficient and skillful business graduates to the community, the Department has been transformed into Institute in 2011.

Aided by the active participation of its members, JAABS hopes to bring a multiplier effect through networking the family and creating value in the coming days, according to the release.  

In this event, JAABS will acknowledge the top employers for partnering with the institute through recruiting eligible resources. All the ex-directors/ chairman of the institute since its inception are expected to join and take the stage together during this celebration, according to the press release.

Moreover, an alumni directory comprising information of a large number of alumnus will be published on that day.
