At least three dengue patients died in the 24 hours before this morning, while 705 patients were hospitalised.

Of the deaths, one each was reported from Dhaka South City Corporation and Dhaka division, and Khulna division.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), with the new deaths and cases, the death toll rose to 497, while the total number of cases rose to 93,056.

Currently, 2,779 patients are undergoing treatment in different hospitals, the DGHS said.

A total of 89,780 patients have been released till today.
