Dengue Outbreak: 8 more die, 2,350 get hospitalised

At least eight dengue patients died, seven from Dhaka, in the last 24 hours till yesterday morning.
With the new figures, the total number of deaths rose to 1,214, of which 749 were from Dhaka, according to the data of Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

A total of 8,232 dengue patients --2,472 in Dhaka -- are still undergoing treatment at different hospitals across the country.
Out of all the cases, 2,40,097 dengue patients have already been released.
