Italian extravaganza at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden

Italy — cars, fashion and cuisine; the perfect amalgamation of class. While not all of them can be enjoyed within the realms of home, Italian food lovers can enjoy the very best of Italian cuisine this season.

Enter Radisson Blu Dhaka's "Italian Extravaganza" at their Water Garden Brasserie Restaurant, with tantalising flavours and spreads based on regional cuisines from Lombardy, Tuscany and Sicily at an extensive Italian themed dinner buffet.

Pizza fans will not be let down as oven baked pizzas like Frutti Di Mare pizza, spicy Diavolo and Quattro Fromaggi are just waiting to be tasted.

An Italian food fest without pasta is unimaginable. To make the food fest complete, the Live Pasta Corner is there with traditional Spaghetti, Fusilli, Penne, and Macaroni. These will be prepared either in Carbonara, Bolognese or Al Pesto styles, as per the guest's preference. Other pasta delights include Spinach Ravioli, Tortellini and Cannelloni.

In the main course section, Italian Veal Osso Buco, Saltimbocca Alla Romana, Risotto a la Milanese, infused with Saffron, and Lasagna will be available.

Cheese too will be offered at the cheese station, including the famous Mozzarella cheese, slices of Gorgonzola, Parmigiano and many other different types of Italian cheese.

Finally, for dessert, sweet lovers can savour Tiramisu, Italian homemade ice cream, Panna Cotta and Zabaione at the dessert station. For a truly Italian finishing touch, guests can get a warm cup of Espresso, Ristretto, Cappuccino or Latte, as well as iced coffee. The Italian Extravaganza does not simply end here. Exciting raffle draw prizes await all the guests. Price of the Italian Extravaganza buffet is Tk 1600++ for children and Tk 3300++ for adults and it will be held till the end of October.
