Taste the Thousand and One Arabian Nights at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden

Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden will be hosting the "Thousand & One Arabian Nights @ Water Garden Brasserie" in a grand and majestic fashion with exclusive cuisines and decorations, inspired from the rich traditions of the Arabia at the end of October.

The festival will be inaugurated on 25 October and will continue till the 2 November, 2018. The food festival will take place every day from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Radisson's Executive Sous Chef, Chef Mofiz, will be preparing these authentic Arabian fine cuisines, using fresh Arabian ingredients and serving them with a twist of the gourmet. 

There will be live stations which will feature a host of appetisers, Shawarmas, Rotisseries, Lamb Ouzis, cooked to the guest's preference.

A grand selection of delicacies will be present for the guests to enjoy, starting with the Soup of the day and Lamb Harirra, and light appetisers such as Hummus, Ful Meddamas, Stuffed Vine Leaves, Labneh, Cous Cous Salad, and Chick Peas Fetta etc.

Moving to the main course, there will be a selection of exclusive Arabian kebabs as well as specialty dishes such as Khouzi, Lebanese Baked Chicken, Laham bil Batata (Lamb and Potato), Samak Hara and a lot more for the guests to relish on. Accompanying these grand dishes will be an assortment of delicious Arabian desserts such as dates, khurma, Turkish Delights, Sambousek etc.

Guests attending the festival can also enjoy Buy One Get One offer with some selected cards. As a special treat for the guests, there will be a raffle draw with exciting prizes and a very special grand prize for a lucky participant.
