The country's first and largest real estate marketplace, BProperty.com Limited, has inaugurated its second marketplace in Uttara to provide specialised services to tenants and landlords. They will be using both online and offline features, to make renting and letting in Uttara easier.

This rental marketplace is the first of its kind in Bangladesh. Bproperty.com's clients can view their preferred property types, be it for renting or buying, from the comfort of their home using BProperty's online portal.

And to bolster their rental solutions, the new marketplace will be providing offline service and support for any and all property needs for both renting and letting of residential and commercial spaces. The newly opened Uttara marketplace is expected to make rental solution delivery much more effective and quicker.
